Create by the talented and inspiring women who are a part of the Hope Again Women’s Project in Rakai, Uganda – this necklace is perfect for a casual or classy look with style!
To make each bead, the women artisans cut recycled magazines into long, skinny, triangular strips, roll them into beads, and then shellac the beads. They then string them together to create this perfect accessory piece.
This necklace can be wrapped once, twice, or three times around your neck - you choose which looks best for your outfit.

These necklaces are made by women involved in the Hope Again Women's Project in Rakai, Uganda where the first case of AIDS in the world was diagnosed.
