MissionMade is a Minnesota non-profit whose mission is to help other non-profit and charity partners increase their revenue and the capacity to tell their story in a new way to existing donors and new customers.
MissionMade does this by creating, purchasing/managing inventory, and fulfilling orders through the e-commerce stores we host on behalf of the non-profits we represent.
MissionMade manages each non-profit’s customized store and donates 20% of all revenue from their store back to that non-profit partner and their mission (the national average is 3%).
If you would like to know more about MissionMade, have a non-profit you think we should work with, have a product we should consider selling, or if you want to make a donation to our cause, you can visit us at MissionMade.org

Handwoven Red Mexican Rebozo Shawl, 'Crimson Enchantment' Story
"For more than 40 years, my family and other expert weavers have been making shawls. We also collaborate with other people from rural towns who put the finishing touches on the rebozos, that is, the ends of the border designs. They are experts in this art. "What distinguishes our creations is the quality of the materials. All of the work is done by hand and most of our products are completely woven with cotton. We also like to offer a wide variety of designs to our customers. We are up-to-date on trends and seasons, but also seek to include classic designs, like the ones we used to see our grandmothers wear.

"I am the second of three siblings and I started working when I was 11 years old to pay for school due to my family’s economic situation. While I was in junior high, I became a woodcarver and kept practicing that craft until I finished high school. My family only uses traditional tools like scissors, hammers, knives and chisels. My village also has artisans who make jewelry, but I design unique pieces which are inspired by Bali’s art, culture and traditions.” Made Wardika, Bali

Meet Niendow the soap maker (pronounced “NIN-doe”; his name means ‘one who returns’). Traveling to Northern Ghana, an area known for its shea butter, we were handed Niendow’s soap by our hostess with the words ‘try this and you will never use any other soap’.
The appearance of the soap did not seem to match her words; We took turns sniffing it, it smelt like shea butter and something else, an herb?
We decided to try it out of courtesy to our hostess. When we did, we wanted to meet Niendow immediately and buy every soap he might have! Its really wonderful, and it supports their community in Ghana.
Kathy started her design company to create unique products, and she sure succeeded! Along the way she has continued to support multiple non profits in her community and serves as a mentor for new artisans just starting out. We are proud to offer Kathy's products on our site!
